   I suspect that there is no comparison to opioids for chronic pain either. Obviously that is a bad use case for them and you would be crazy to use them for chronic pain.

   As a Canadian with a thick Newfoundland accent (which is not exactly considered an intellectual way of talking), I feel that I can relate to talking differently when with people from Newfoundland. I have had to learn how to limit my accent.
