AS you know even in Western Europe, talented devs/students lose out - sadly -as English is paramount. Geographically close to Europe but I bet Europeans/Americans do not feel that way. Again due to various factors. VISA: For Asian

Geniunely asking. As I live in a part of world where we stay in longterm jobs. Is it not stressful when switching jobs? - from paperwork, interviews, new colleagues, friendships, on-boarding, new place politics - especially for brain.

No one. Nerds/geeks do not need one. BTW, all nerds/geeks note that Google is not exclusively for you. Just walk to a cafe (not the one near FAANG campus). See those people with smartphone? They use Google. There are 100000x more

Language, network effects and political affiliations allow for slightly easier visa access beneficial for Asians to work across Middle East, EU, USA.

There is a very sad hypocrisy with issues like these. Most decision makers (who are non-technical) sport iPhone. Just works (both Apple and the user).

SOLUTION: After quite some frustration I found a solution for IG/FB. I believe they know from onboarding processes what type of user is passive and the ones that will be CRAZY active. They do not want these passive users - no benefit.
