   Was curious, did the math: 3-5K gallons * 6 cyl * 25 mpg = 450,000 to 750,000 miles. removed my incorrect math re: dollars of fuel per engine

   It's not. This article is using the "American" definition of middle class, which most others refer to as "working class." Conflation between what we used to call middle class, and what we call middle class today is
