Those returns are completely different. Private equity assets cannot be easily sold. Try realizing that 11% return and you will quickly see it does it not exist. You need to take a substantial haircut to sell.

I did not notice anything being destroyed, can you elaborate? DCBC can be used to protect those with low income/wealth from inflation, offering tiered interest rates. It can be a tool for direct government subsidies & taxation.
