Invite-only has been pretty successful at Quora (now public) and Forrst so far. A lot of designers also want in on Dribbble because of the scarcity of invites they've created.

As an entrepreneur in Toronto I can say that this is sorely needed. I do echo the question by someone else why there is pressure to make a decision so soon. Wouldn't that be like speed-dating except you have to marry the person you just met

I'd agree with the analysis that English is closer to how its spoken in the US today accent-wise. If you look at how people speak English in British colonies, the pronunciation isn't heavily accented to how its spoken in the UK today. For e
