I was going to check that and I realized i can’t find diablo 3 on steam. I know I could install it myself through some other online store. Still, I wish there were cartridges that “just worked”; consoles (including today’s Nintendo) got tha

How good is platform support - can I install e.g. Diablo 3 and have the thumbsticks control the character and not a virtual mouse? Or would I need to remap the input myself?

Such is technological progress. AI generated images are only an extension of what e.g. photography has experienced in the last decades. We’ve had film cameras, then digital cameras, then smartphones, each of these commoditized image creatio

I still don’t get it. So they detected the usage and banned the app, what happened that made the ban disappear? Are you saying the app is using a different scraper? This I would get. But earlier comment[1] mentions ban revocation - this is

Or people will get used to it and over time stop trusting video that much; just like you wouldn’t trust this comment if I wrote that I am Tim Cook[1]. And most likely a bit of both, i.e. some extra laws and some extra awareness. [1]: https

This wouldn’t happen today. Today there is talk about Canada becoming 51st state; there is relatively little opposition to that - on the contrary, the perception of Canada as a US ally drops in the US[1]. Four more years of this and I could

Tongue in cheek, Elon said that he intends to move to Mars, perhaps we shouldn't expect that he'd care about Earth's QOL. On a more serious note, I see this as a net negative, both for employees and the company.
