I'm not sure "you just have to be in business with Amazon" is all that much better for the global good.

If I have this right, the moral of your story is that small businesses will die and amazon-sized corporations are for the global good.

Emails relating to a trip would get categorized into it automatically. You still had to pay attention. If an email wasn't detected as part of a trip, you dragged it over to the trip and then it was associated correctly. Maybe it felt m

I don't mean to be too sarcastic here but what's the point? Google will just shut that down in a few weeks too.

I'm with you. That's the only way I'd use gmail. When traveling it's so handy to open up the trips and get all your flight/car rental/hotel details in one small space.

Bundling (including the "Trips") is the only reason I still use any google web client. It's not trivial.

You've got to be kidding me. This was the last thing I used heavily. I'm out the door now. Good grief does this company frustrate me.

I should clarify I'm not locked into Amazon. I'm just happy to have it as an option for shopping. I have used Wal Mart and Target when the prices made sense.

Amazon (and prime as well) is a godsend for those of us that don't live within a 90 minute drive of a Target or Wal Mart.

>No, it's not. It's Communism. Well it isn't that either. Let's be clear that it's a concentration camp run by Chinese Communists with 'added brainwashing' as you put it.

Oh Neil. You silly goose. I'm glad the fact your structures are older than others brings such delight to your day.

There's nothing guaranteed about a "get out of jail free" card, so factoring that into your decision making is probably a bad road to go down.

That's why I was careful to say these are the conditions only in my immediate region. In my opinion grouping this by State is too macro. There are charter schools in my area predominantly attended by black students but they are central

Where I live they are often attended by white students to avoid public schools that have sizable black student populations. There are many benefits and drawbacks to charter schools. The conditions in my area are not universal to other parts

I worried that the oral history I'd always gotten about Sea Island was off. I should have checked into that. Are my memories of riding bikes to it as a kid off base? You're right developers are destroying trees. I guess what I was

I'm jealous. I visit several times a year and often think about just moving there. I'd eat too much southern soul though, it's for the best.

Many people are probably familiar with St. Simon's from the 30th g8 summit, though they technically refer to it as Sea Island (more on that in a moment). St Simon's has changed over the years. It's finally succumbing to devel

US Health care costs are wildly expensive but describing healthcare in Europe as "free" seems terribly misleading.

It isn't just google and even then you're blaming the wrong entity. This is your credit card company. I'm sure this solves a particular problem for credit card companies by significantly reducing their middle-man involvement

The monsoon season starts in July. They went in at the end of June. All warning signs in front of the cave are about July through October. There's a risk there sure but you're giving out bad information here needlessly.

Maybe this isn't the correct place to ask a question like this but how do you avoid interacting with a database or user accounts? Is it at simple as you don't have any of that in your application?

I don't use the bathroom on a plane. I'm at a young enough age that holding it isn't too complicated. Though it has been some time since I did a 6+ hour flight.
