   Reading through the comments on this thread, it feels like 3/4 of the people on here decided to not read through at least 52 pages of the 72 page report chess.com released lmao

   We did the same thing but with self hosted runners with github actions. https://github.com/philips-labs/terraform-aws-github-runner phillips-labs has some good resources for scaling this up as well.
