I find that I'm significantly happier when I don't read or watch the news. In this case; ignorance is bliss.

Sleep is good for the soul and mind! I don't know how people can go for extended times without sleep and still be productive...

South Australia was founded by settlers that chose to move to Australia, not convicts.

Yeah I don't really understand that statement in the article either. A computer fault can affect any company in the banking industry - irrespective of if they are "app" only.

Awesome read! Any tips or books on how to learn reverse engineering firmware? It's pretty overwhelming

The key travel is very important. When you can type 140+ Words per minute key travel becomes important to stop rsi in the wrist.

Perlin noise is my favourite noise. It's quite awesome what you can achieve with a couple octaves of it.

You and I share similar memories friend. I look back to WOW with such nostalgia. I became totally obsessed with that game. It was like heroin to my teenage self. A part of me always wants to go back but the game almost ruined my life !

Look into adductor/abductor stretches along with hamstring stretches. Tight hips and hammys will pull on your pelvis and cause back pain.

I find it interesting how badly this has affected some people. It seems that a large majority are upset from gloating about it in on their "networks". Perhaps this is a lesson that you shouldn't need to rely on YC to succeed.

How would you get involved in this sort of security research? It's been an interest of mine for awhile. I have experience in reverse engineering binary files and malware but not so much experience in the "live internet stuff"

Anything can be made to suit an agenda when taken out of context. I read the tweet before reading the article. And I understood his intent of the word "attack" immediately.

I don't like the title of this. It is becoming a common theme in Machine Learning. "Let's just get a bunch of data and train a Neural Network on it, eventually it will get it right..right?"

ML is slowly approaching the blockchain bubble I think. You have ALOT of people just chucking random bs data into insert popular model and hoping for the best.

Could they cram the world Machine Learning into the article much more? If this was 12 months ago, replace every instance of the word Machine Learning with "blockchain"... Oh boy, gotta love buzzwords.

I think this has always happened among teens. When Facebook was popular among adolescent groups, FB pages existed that were identical to the messages shared on these "flop accounts".
