Aren't judges elected ? If they are, having their hit track record fully publicly available would help. Not in detail of course, but aggregated by crime type for example. It will be prone to abuse. But any system/solution will be.

It looks a perfect match. At first. Then you realize that you are not alone. Very much like using the Java stream parallel API in a webserver is doing wonders in dev, but not in production, as you have many other threads serving other reque

Mass surveillance to combat terrorism is also making me think if the remedy is not as worse as the evil. I mean, terrorist are now laughing that they nicely annoyed 99.99% of the population that want to travel by air. We saw the rise of low

Proper encoding of your data is key indeed. I mean, user data should be treated as binary anyway. And then hashing it to whatever makes sense for performance. But still binary comparing for accuracy.

That. YAGNI >> DRY. The DRY should be obvious when to refactor, not because of some compulsive behavior. And then once you need more than 2 branches, please break the DRY that tend to stay forever.

Gcc actually totally does that. Even doing it while not static by copy/pasting the function and enabling further optims. to me modern compilers are like voodoo magic
