I'm aware of a scheme in the UK where Doctors got paid for signing the forms post death certifying a pacemaker is not present in the body. At the end of the week these doctors could collect their not insignificant (roughy £100 a body)

Android is still an O/S built by a search engine company. If a phone manufacturer isn't making a build specific to their device and using the 'vanilla' version provided by Google then it is the device maker limiting free

I really like that my carrier is hacking around odd tools and releasing them on github. That being said in this case, as soon as the iPhone supports html5 vibrate, I'll be turning it off as soon as I can. I fear advertisers will abuse
