It's made putting internal apps in a private subnet on a VPC a very trivial process. Like took me an afternoon and works well for my small 40 person company.

Having worked at an NGO doing data work for years, this. Sadly most charities aren't in a position to easily accept outside professional help for a variety of reasons. Going down and doing work at a soup kitchen or just donating $$ wil

Anecdotally this has been awful amongst my peers. My step kids dad died by38 from it. The oldest’s best friends dad has it. I know a handful of others who have had it or scares.

When i started at Shopify we had to setup a store and do some customer support. It was a great way to understand the product, especially since my role wasn't going to be customer facing at all.

You could run it locally for prep and just put the data on fly for when you run it. It takes almost no cpu on the backend. I just throw it on a baby vps I use for random stuff

Looking at this your pricing strategy is totally reasonable. Like I’ll try something like that out and if it’s worth it pay just the lifetime cost. Question: I couldn’t find this with a quick skim of the site on my phone. Do you have an API

Ah that all makes sense. Also a bit of a d'oh about the which python. I definitely do think it'd be useful to just have a quick path to using this with a variety of different IDE types.

Oh interesting... yeah this is exactly what i'm looking to do, well Flask not Django but basically the same thing. Question, were you using pycharm at all? Did you have a good method on having that run a file from within a flox env?

Sure thing. A big part of the workflow that we're developing depends on a variety of tools beyond just python packages. We've got things like dbt, prefect etc in the mix. Being able to specifically set up that set of tools for a p

This is really neat! I’ve been working on a “shell” that I use for running RPG games in python. I might have to see if I can piggyback off of this.
