Yes, and blocks radio transmissions very nicely. When making a model airplane with a carbon fibre hull, we have to add a plain fibreglass or plastic window for the antenna to receive through.

Depends how long ago, but your hair can be tested for lead exposure. Hair grows at about 6 inches per year. If your hair was 3 ft long you could test back as far as 6 years ago with that method.

SDXL runs fine on my 6GB card, and I hear people manage it on 4GB too. Mine's only a 1060 though, so it does take minutes for a generation, whereas the newer cards can do it an order of magnitude faster.
