Why does it have to be specifically RCE? Here are some lists of Firefox's and Chrome (fixed) security vulnerabilities. Browse the lists and you'll find plenty of critical issues related to Javascript. http://www.mozilla.org/security/known-

Slightly off topic -- but these petitions have been cropping up more and more lately, but have they actually done anything? Are there any we can point to that actually caused some change in government behavior? All I see in every response i

Sounds like they're using something like Deep Freeze. Assuming that kiosk can programatically reboot the laptop upon checkin that is a pretty simple solution. http://www.faronics.com/products/deep-freeze/

The fact that N4 sold out instantly means little by itself without knowing how many phones they produced.

Looks great, but the terminology is slightly unclear. Is "Balanced Payouts" your product name or company name or both? But your URL is balanced payments .com? Might want to sync the two up.

When you were on the Obama campaign trail were you voicing opposition to his policies? Specifically FISA?

Also, what clout do they have with the content providers? Why would somebody release control to them rather than Apple, Microsoft or Google...which have larger, more-established viewer bases.

Maybe I'm missing something, but even if there's only a 10% chance of survival I'd still want somebody to give it a shot. What is the downside -- somebody has to do it for 30 minutes until the plane lands?

Yes. Fortunately I had kept my iPhone so I just swapped SIM cards. Google Play support sent me a prepaid UPS tag and the only downside was they also send you a link to reorder another phone, so I have to wait in the queue again :(

Yeah, it's nonsense -- there were problems. I'm getting a replacement because the earpiece emits static interference. The Google customer support rep I talked to last night said there were numerous issues including overheating phones, yello

Is there any way to go to a real doctor and get these tests done? It would be very interesting information to have, but I don't trust a startup with it at all.

They could also buy Valve and then integrate Steam and XBox Live. It would be horrible for end-users (they'd probably botch it) but would be lucrative from a business perspective.

It's an awesome phone, but not without it's problems. I bought mine on launch day and I'm already getting a replacement. I love the phone, but along with others I'm experiencing interference in the earpiece. We'll see if a new unit fixes it
