Yahoo Publisher Network, Facebook (for the first 6 months) and a few other networks have had US only policies, partly due to advertising restrictions (tobacco, pornography and such) but partly to handle the inventory and scaling.

I've been using this for about two or three days and apart from a few issues (unable to create more pages, no revisions, import your own symbols) its a fantastic v1 product and the live aspect is better than most I've tried.

Seems they put the price up $10 because of the techcrunch feature, wonder if that will bite them on the arse. Would be interesting to see the ghosting / soaking reviews, does it leak into the wall, how hard is it to clean.

Its not hard to spoof an i.p. address, heck posting from one of the easy to use myspace proxy websites will give you the effect of a USA i.p. address.

I had my own run in with Twitter usernames and the publisher Apress, I ran @apress and hooked it up to the book release feed, I never got an email from Twitter, they just handed it over, I tweeted and got a very apologetic email from apress
