Check out https://draftbit.com for mobile (native iOS/android) apps. Draftbit doesn’t come with a database, but has many of the mobile apis productized and you own the source code!

Sorry but that's not true. You can adopt ReScript one file at a time. ReScript supports importing and exporting typescript types out of the box so you still get the type safety from "the other side" We started using Rescript

ReScript supports Typescript types. Both consuming and generating them. Rescript also uses esbuild under the hood. Lots of great optimizations. If you're "all in" on TypeScript, you'll love Rescript. It's sooo much
