Yes! Over time I will add new templates and more device images. Android support is also planned for a future version.

For those not working with JavaScript here's the same thing made with 40 lines of Ruby and no external dependencies. https://gist.github.com/thedjinn/17c68d1e62b5594581625c016b0...

The one thing I'd really like to see is a more stable autocomplete. Having a decently working editor should be prioritised above everything else in my opinion.

After working with React Native for a while now I really began to appreciate the usefulness of async/await. By expressing asynchronous operations in a more linear fashion it becomes much easier to reason about them.

Always interesting to see this. Looks a lot like a 4k synth I did myself many years ago. It also amuses me to see that almost everybody was using those RBJ biquad filters.

In the meantime I suggest you warn trial users about this. I had to manually remove it from 40 repositories.

This app installed webhooks on all of my repos with no automated way to remove them. Very annoying.

I read Understanding The Linux Kernel 3rd edition a couple of years ago and that book covers quite a lot of it.

I'm curious to why they started this project when there already is low hanging fruit that can speed up Python (e.g. pypy). What makes this better other than to satisfy the inner go-fanboy?

The Minilogue has 4 note polyphony, not 6. But it has a couple of other nice features: voice layering, a three octave keyboard (two octaves is just too small for serious music) and it sounds a lot better too. I especially like those pad sou

You can still do that by sending raw midi data. Just a note immediately followed by a pitch bend. Something I still wonder though is how serious this microtonality thing is. Is it more of a gimmick or it there a serious demand for it?

Seems the Microkorgs have gone up in price over the years. I paid about $250 for it when I got it a few years ago. I noticed you can still get them for $200 second hand. The aliasing can be a bit annoying indeed. You can really hear it when

I own a Microkorg and must say that I'm not really impressed by the sounds the Monologue offers; it seems far too limited and doesn't have that deep punchy bass that the Microkorg offers. And it's a lot more expensive too. It

The article states that malloc only fails when you run out of virtual address space, which is basically never going to happen if you're on a 64 bit architecture. So you can go for good practice and check all your mallocs for failure, b

cffi is awesome! You can even use it to wrap Python code in a dynamic library to use in existing C apps (to create plugins, for example). I gave a talk about how to use cffi and using it for embedding a few months ago. You can see it here:

The way I understand it is that on first invocation of a function exported in the library this function will spin up a regular PyPy interpreter, which does JIT in exactly the same way as a normal invocation of PyPy would.

Yes indeed, and using this approach you can also write Python plugins for other applications if they don't have Python scripting support already.

I like this. It's very accessible. Could you consider adding a delete button? Also, you are currently able to rename the example box. Perhaps you should disable that.
