The aircraft involved was an Airbus A321, so definitely not a "Flight Engineer". Likely a maintenance engineer (please correct me on the job title if I'm wrong here). Basically people who have to know the intricate details of

The one I always notice is a sound effect of a cat screeching, usually accompanied with the sound of crashing metal trash cans. I can't seem to find a clip of it anywhere though. Maybe someone else will have better luck?
