Not sure if you meant investing or inventing (or both). But either one of those could have interesting implications in the valley.

Everybody seems to be pilling on RA saying they should have known that using the unauthorized AirPlay key would cause problems. But I think the real issue here is how Apple treats developers. Don't just rationalize what is happening because

It looks to me like whoever wrote this article has never seen an initial legal statement like this before. It's very common for lawyers to make these sorts of claims early on in an investigation or case. For example in a drunk driving suit,

It's tough to tell if you are talking specifically about web apps for browsers or the platforms themselves. But in either case your comment is short sighted. Android has over 50% of smartphone market share, and that's only going to increase

Thanks for bringing this to Android guys! Anyone from Pair have any comment on how they did their Android app? Native or Titanium/Phonegap style? EDIT: I was not able to find the app by searching for pair in the Play Store. But they have a

The large number of Hotmail and Yahoo email addresses used also speaks to the possibility of these being bot generated. I tried logging into a few but got incorrect password messages. I wonder if they have already been reset.
