No. I am saying that giving the definition of a set each time is just extra verbosity. The whole paper had that extra verbiage, everywhere. Kind of why-use-one-word-when-ten-will-do feeling.

As a general comment, I dislike deliberately obtuse writing in papers. In my current work, I came across a very in-depth survey of our industry (sex work). Excellent study, very helpful. But some of the sentences seemed to over-complicate t

Some hosts like Gitlab Pages or Netlify will run hugo for you. So you can use an online git editor, save, and it'll deploy automatically. Not Wordpress wysiwyg but still pretty nice.

Why is that a red flag? Uber accepts cash. We are doing an Uber for X and accepting cash, cryptocoin, and limited credit cards (CC companies dislike adult services so it might involve too much cat-and-mouse to be worthwhile). Not accepting

We're about to announce our company and do a fundraising round. Relatively small, a few million at first with a limited number of investors, then do a blockchain IPO (yes IPO - we're selling shares with control and dividends, not

It is really the opposite of that. Pimps take a huge cut or 100% and generally have a more ownership-like relationship. Our platform is about providing services that empower individuals to decide how/when/etc they want to work.

You are correct. If we're going to violate SEC rules then we might as well do it right. Instead of dancing around the topic, using IP bans and a wink-wink-I'm-not-a-US-citizen box, issuing tokens for services that totally aren

Think more of an app like Uber (without the sexism) than a website. We are not a listing site or a marketplace. We take both sides of the trade, offering full support and customer service. We have direct relationships with providers. This p

Absolutely not a joke. We're very serious about fixing, in many ways, the sex industry. It is rare that one gets to work on a project that will significantly improve many peoples lives, tackle a serious social issue, and actually be pr

The SEC guidance galvanized us on not offering tokens. Instead, we are going to offer shares directly in the company, even if they are mostly issued via an ERC20 contract. If we are going to get heat from the SEC, might as well go all out a

It'd quickly turn into a regulated mess. The proper solution is a large-scale extrajurisdictional organization that can take both sides of the trade. Like Uber (without the sexism), it would answer to both the contractors and the custo

Yes it is long due for a major overhaul. Fortunately with new tech it is finally possible to do something about it. Imagine a large scale union of sex workers with strong protection. They will be able to demand safer working conditions and

Strong RNG designs re-seed to deal with compromise or poor seeding. That way if an attacker has temporary read access they do not permanently compromise the system going forward. Or if on boot you are in a compromised or low entropy environ

If you had a RNG that sampled some hardware noise but then you altered the environment by introducing extreme temperatures, maybe the RNG would end up with biased output. A simple example: you can use a camera as a good source of randomness
