   What are your thoughts about server-side ad insertion? One of your captured urls in the paper looks like it might be part of a VAST request, which could lead to SSAI.

   you are right about the limit of ten. but it may be part of the sms specification itself. at least that’s what i remember from looking it up a couple years ago.
