Started long before 07. Customer Service as a policy disappeared when Smith took over from Schultz in 2000. Under Schultz, baristas had a lot of power and tools to solve customer complaints immediately and effectively. As soon as Smith took

If you pitch to investors, think of framing that issue differently. CL's TOS does not make a distinction: crawling is denied to the website that specializes in classified listings. Crawling seems to be a poorly defined legal area, so doing

What's the plan for monetizing the site? I've been under the impression that Craigslist will serve C&Ds if you crawl the site for profit.

One of the recurring bits of wisdom from entrepreneurs (even before the web era) is that your first idea will likely not be the end product. Iterate, iterate, iterate. So run with it and learn how to program. You'll learn how to think throu

Just signed up, very easy and intuitive. Great design. One question (for personal needs, not necessarily a site criticism): do you offer bulk SMS? Couldn't tell if you offer automated outgoing services.

Re: 4. I would show profiles. Let the females write their profiles and showcase say a half dozen at a time. Additionally, I wouldn't call them "the ladies." It seems to cheapen them. If you're selling a more machismo site, see what Maxim is

Looks fun. Simplify the page though. 1. Use a real picture for the male/female on landing page. 2. Watch your kerning. On the guys_ladies.png the text could use some adjusting. (and the first instance of 'For' should be lowercase) 3. Remove

At the beginning of the last century there was a design movement called Arts and Crafts. Think Frank Lloyd Wright. In America the movement focused on creating art that was beautiful and still true to the source materials. It feels like web

Language note: "Digixcard is a digital business card that IS connects everyone at your next event" should read "Digixcard is a digital business card that connects everyone at your next event." No 'IS'.

Minor note: change the name of the YouTube video so it is descriptive. "HHF Demo Video v2" is distracting and the space could be better used to sell your app.

I'm a newbie and have been designing from the code up. I'm starting to design pages now from a blank sheet with red pen and I agree with you, it seems to allow for more options.

The primary function of the university is to enervate the optimism of youth. Education is a secondary goal. Learning to navigate an insufferably confusing bureaucracy with grace and determination is thus the whole point of college. How else
