I read the article, hoping he had published new work. Alas, no. Why! You can’t just write several of the best sci-fi work in this century and just stop. That’s unfair. Can we have one more short story please.

I've used it plenty. In fact it's what I used primarily on the lap dock. However, I think it's pretty poor. Android apps really don't feel natural in windows. The window management is generally poor. I like pinning windo

This keeps being postponed. For some reason Chrome OS isn’t being ported to Android devices. Motorola tried their take. Microsoft tried the windows phone thingy. Nokia had the N900 Linux phones. Even Android was supposed to run a Windows 11

These look so retro and left field now, but back then it felt like the future. Minidiscs were so cool. No skips, writable, small, high tech. It was expensive and not as easy to just use everywhere like tapes were though. Unfortunately Sony

Super interesting. Putting my PM hat on, I wonder: how many x86 apps on Apple still benefit from this much performance? What's the coverage? The switch to M1 happened 4 years ago, so the software was designed for hardware nearly half a

Maybe I should clarify that I am not in charge of any executive or military branch in the EU or NATO. I express my frustration with our leadership. If you're interested in how I think it should be sorted: the cables are between Finland

As a former game developer, I can completely empathize. Some teams want to push the medium forward. Look at Doom, Mario 64. Half Life 2 is one of those titles. The problem is that the Episode 2 ending did tease the story going somewhere. It

I’ve been curious as to why SMB seems to get little attention, and NFS even less. I had to go through hoops to even get NFS working at all on Windows. I treated myself to 10GbE a while ago, and it feels like the protocol side of this is som

An excellent game for its time. The remaster is well worth it. One unfortunate aspect of classic games is how dated mechanics can get. It’s a problem that music or movies don’t really have, besides maybe feeling a bit cliché. In the case of
