Personally I think the best thing about React is the component based architectures, which you don't need JS/SPA to use. Are there any good SSR frameworks that have a similar react-ish syntax? (Next/node.js is apparently too s

And then you start recording those expressions into macros just by pressing q. Or just repeat the last one with a period. Vim is so great in so many ways, I always have to use a Vim emulation layer when using Visual Studio.

What is this implying? That instead of adding a property/method to a class you should instead create a child class that inherits from the original with the new properties? Sounds like a great way to have a very complicated class hierar

Are the proposals for adding income tax to WA going to also reduce the sales tax in equal measure so that the states total revenue stays around the same amount?

Having moved from CA to WA I don't see how the lack of an income tax has negatively affected the services up here maybe if someone can explain what WA is lacking compared to states with an income tax

The main reason they got rid of it because it was a gimmick that never really panned out and having two different ways of invoking a context menu based on force was a UX disaster for the novice user. I'm glad Apple was able to swallow

No numpad is an ergonomic benefit. Your mouse is closer so you don't have to move your hand as far. The best way to have a numpad if you really need one, I have found, is to have a separate one like how the Microsoft Sculpt keyboard do

That link does not help your case $300 for a fashionable lamp you can use for life and is a major fixture of a living space vs a $1,000 monitor stand? Congrats Apple you made restoration hardware look like ikea in terms of pricing.

Good point. However hopefully whatever brilliant file format the source of truth is in will eventually end up being able to be consumed natively by the other applications and we can forgo the translation layer. Until then yes you have a goo

Create a good config file format and transpile that to a bad config file format for use in an application? I dunno I would rather just have the application use a decent config file format in the first place. It's just a config file, no

What sort of regulations are you looking for? I’m just not sure how regulating a company will end homelessness. Seems like the government should be using taxes to do that.

I’m all in favor of abolishing tipping culture from the US but that’s not something you can expect a single restaurant to accomplish on their own. Given the reality of US culture I think this is a good compromise for now. It’s much more hon
