I think the main difference between SaaS companies that require a database connection and Aidmin is that (from what I can gather) Adimin requires root credentials whereas other SaaS tools can have limited access to DBs.

I just wish that keyboard vibration wasn't a pro feature. As great as a keyboard is / can be, I will likely never pay monthly for one, and I find keyboards almost unusable without some form of haptic feedback.

If you're changing the permissions to public just to work with the data, there's your problem. Proper access policies solves all of this - the bucket should never have had public access enabled in the first place as there is liter

While it's just a key-value API it still incurs costs to the developer, there has to be some way for them to recoup that. Whether it's through advertising, or through donations (how likely are people to donate).
