What operations does it support? I remember being very excited about onnx.js too until I found out it only supported a very limited subset of the operations available in the real frameworks.

I agree. I suppose as an outsider learning about AI, first thoughts might be “wow look at all the things it can’t do”. But as someone who follows closely all I notice is how rapidly the list of things it can’t do is shrinking.

Absolutely incredible how cheap the compute power is on this platform. Vast has saved me tens of thousands of dollars running ML experiments.

shadertoy was a major inspiration for this project! Would not have been possible without his amazing articles, examples and tutorials.

Not if they are using electric air/water heating and driving an electric car. Edit: I take this back. It depends at least on where you live

If one were to build with the API from scratch. But in theory all you really need to do to deploy a “new model” just is write a short prompt and click a “create endpoint” button.

Another perspective, someone with no programming experience whatsoever today can in 1 minute create a new ML application for natural language tasks with performance that would blow most SOTA systems from 5 years ago out of the water, using

^This 1000x Almost nobody appreciates how truly inhospitable mars is. human technology is hundreds of years at the least from being able to live there sustainably, if it’s possible at all.

Title says gpt-3, but gist says gpt-neo-20b which was recently open sourced but only 1/10 the size of gpt3.

I did actually! As jcun2148 pointed out, the game of trying to return the hyper cube to the start position is a great way to start building intuition. To describe what each rotation axis does in words: There are six axes of rotation becaus

I’ve been playing around with the instruct models the last month or so, and it’s quite impressive. Is able to answer so many basic and even intermediate questions with reasonable and sometimes thoughtful answers. Still makes funny mistakes
