There is something to be said for this "most cheapest" approach, there is also something to be said for making models that are entirely ethically sourced: 1. Free of controversy like unlicensed training materials 2. Free of exploi

Age old argument: money also has no intrinsic utilitarian value. And yes, btc does store value, it is doing that for me now. I stored some of my value in it and it has held better value than fiat.

Someone invents something that is digital, but can't be copied. Quite brilliant as it is the first digital asset that can store value without centralization and trust, based on market demand. Someone on HN: "BTC is valueable solel

I think we all sympathize and feel this way. But it's also because we are getting older, and we are romanizing those sleepless nights getting 3D acceleration to work in Slackware with Dropline Gnome. Our first chat experiences, first e

I had the same anti-reaction. Yay, lets all try to tightly control a piece of land and spend an inordinate amount of effort making sure nature will not get a grip on it. Oh piece of land, you shall behave according to my rules! Noise, genet

Agreed, what’s much more interesting is to focus on being able to model the world around you, play out scenarios in that model and make better predictions, and consequently, decisions because of that ability. (Of course “better” is still a
