Easy enough even for saas: a few big enterprise contracts for services the company uses plus a wage bill that’s less than revenue will sink a company quickly enough.

Sure: key idea is pages are documents. Each page contains a JSON blob which specifies the blocks it's made up of and the content for each block. Each block is just a module with a schema specifying the data it takes and an associated t

Tale as old as time lol. Elixir is uniquely great at content sites due to the fast template rendering - but it’s really not about Ex at all. Just don’t drown in unnecessary moving parts and build tools. It’s just a website.

In London they've built a bunch of towers near me (a few over 20 stories) with no AC. Apparently the apartments were absolutely dire dure last year's heatwave. I'd say a wee while yet. London is not a nice place > 30C.

You're arguing a different point though. OP's point is that you'd have a much greater overall benefit to society by increasing access to more accessible places. The issue of elitism is not a refutation of this.

That’s not true about new products: since idk, 2018 or so, they’ve been constantly shipping new ML crap to ruin the main feed. This is why I closed my account in 2020. “Person you follow liked…” is the literal worst feature.
