I am most certainly not a lawyer, but from what i've read entrapment is pretty narrowly defined in America. There's a ton of stuff that many people would view as entrapment that the courts wouldn't consider to be entrapment.

The zag ctrl-r integration for fuzzy searching terminal history is amazing. Also you can do * and hit tab and use fzf to grab a file to use as a command line argument. Fzf is wonderful.

Baseless speculation: perhaps they do actually throw away chips? They only really target a premium market segment so perhaps it's not worth it to their brand to try and keep those chips.

If you like this kind of richly visual writing you should really read Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy. It is a deeply unsettling book but it's an absolute literary masterpiece.
