This is great - thanks for making/sharing it! I use (and like) Moqups, but the lo-fi nature of Konty is really nice. Seems very easy to use and responsive so far.

Has anyone tried this out on Radiohead's "Just" video yet?

Don't ever sign up for Zwift then. Zwift makes Strava look like an app made for introverts. On Zwift your followers can be automatically notified when you start a ride, and you have zero control over them receiving that notification. I

I find Strava is also helpful for solo activities that aren't in-person. Knowing that an IRL friend/follower will see my activity pushes me to work harder.

Seriously? Come on. I was one of the first hundred people to kickstart the Rift and have owned every major consumer headset (except the Index) since. The AVP absolutely destroys the Rift in every way. The only strong argument for Rift/

Food service workers can easily fight this with their significant resources, right? NDAs already cover trade secrets.

TIL! I’ve been on HN for 14 years and had no idea you could do this. Thanks!

This post misses one important factor - whether people pay for the advice or not. Research shows people are much more likely to follow advice if they pay for it: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/222563639_Do_We_

I consider myself fairly literate and a decent communicator. Until recently I pronounced ‘segue’ how it is spelled. No one ever corrected me. I shudder to think about the meetings where I pronounced it incorrectly.

I also recall seeing estimates posted on HN one time, but can’t find the source. I seem to remember $500m ish. ‘Cheap’ insurance relatively speaking.

Will this lead to companies getting creative with other types of agreements? For example, I could see this leading to overreaching non-solicitation agreements, where you can't approach "any person/company ever added to our CR

It's not just the New Yorker. This "Gladwell-ification" of non-fiction has been happening for a long time now.

Yeah, that's what I'm guessing many smaller companies will do. Does the developer talk to customers or do customer success/support? Great, they are now "Sales Engineers" for tax purposes. (Note: not recommending to

Nice whataboutism. What does that have to do with the topic at hand?

Interesting concept, although I'd never engage with products that do "Discord meetings" as the primary way of collecting feedback.

Glad to hear I’m not the only one. It makes me irrationally angry when I see Discord being the support channel for a product.

Kind of off topic, but seeing “Join Discord” in the main nav for this product makes me sad. Discord truly is the least efficient and enjoyable way to engage around new products, yet many founders are doing it because it’s what the other coo

At my startup we had people track time on ‘real’ work tasks and found that four hours was about the max anyone could (happily and productively) do each day, which was fairly consistent across roles as well.

I’m not a lawyer, but I don’t see the point of non-competes. Non-solicitation agreements cover not stealing clients or employees after you leave. Non-disclosure agreements cover not sharing non-public information. IP assignment agreements c

I'd like to see a qualitative component that digs into the "why" behind some of the survey results referenced in the post. For example, there could be "other" reasons why a student wouldn't want a controversial

At least you’re seeing an option for ‘New Features’ in settings. I don’t see it and I’m supposedly up to date (and a Plus subscriber).

The copy was also annoying. Any time you find yourself using the term “value proposition” in customer-facing materials you’re going in the wrong direction…

The reason why you don’t hear these stories is because no one making meaningful money as a bootstrapped founder wants to invite unnecessary competition. Take a look at any sub-reddit related to entrepreneurship. The minute someone even hint
