My experience was similar[0] and my conclusions line up with the author here. Summed up: thinking about the problem is the hard part. I can think faster than I can code, but I can code faster than I can write out (in a detailed enough way t

With the release of Quill v2, I went away from TipTap + PM to Quill. My use case is not super complex. I just want a decent editing experience (for trusted, technical people, not average end users) and solid HTML I can save to a db. Quill h

I imagine the complaint is around Bun's use of Discord as community coordination tooling -- linked in the site's header. The post isn't implying Bun should be involved in the creation of an alternative. (I'm not here to

Definitely! And I'll likely use that raw URL in my tooling going forward. So thanks for starting the repo. I'm thinking it also helps to bring up a feature request on the source material so we can all limit the drift. ie. if darkv

Scratching an itch with a personal project: https://hnr.app/ "HN Reader" It's supposed to be the API layer for a Mac app while I learn Swift, but I got carried away with the web view I was using to debug and

It's almost like the methodology is borderline pseudo-science. Many choices are irrational and unexplained. Several key models are missing from each brand's lineup. Tacoma? Ranger? They have Tundra and F-150...

Interesting! What are the limits of `evaluate()` in browsers? I see it is available in 95% of users' browsers [1], but is it consistent in its implementation of XPath? How does its performance compare to `querySelector[All]`? Might be

For the sake of a compiler? I'd rather not add complexity for complexity's sake. Or does it give you another advantage not mentioned above?

This is a much better outline of the article than the article's own table of contents. Makes much more sense, even if it's still incredibly narrow in scope.
