Not a total fix, but I always just put a new rule under the one I'm replacing, and use the checks to enable (override) or disabled the rule.

Western Canada, but I don't think that's the problem. I'm on my phone, and just noticed it looks like it loads, then redirects to /mobile which is where the 404 actually appears. Switch my phone's browser to Desktop

Is that really a nice feature? I live in tmux + iTerm, and have set up the integration but never really used/enjoyed is so I just disabled it. Not sure what I'm missing honestly

I often use Object.entries so that I can use Array.filter/map/foreach on an object, but then I need to use Array.reduce to hack it back into an object. Object.fromEntries solves this.
