OP uses their calendar as a supplement for their the todo file. There is a lot of functionality implied in that decision: - calendars have mobile apps which enable quick and precise entry - calendars understand time spans - calendars have

Mathacademy.com is pretty good for this. My kid used it in HS and liked it. It has a system that can move you forward quicker for concepts that you know. It goes pretty far through a college math curriculum. It also uses some spaced repet

OP converted a Unicode file to an ascii file. Isn’t the loss of precision what is “compressing” the file? The Shakespeare corpus probably doesn’t use any Unicode characters.

I wonder if this problem could be addressed with immutable timestamps and a vector database with image embeddings. Eg, someone builds a system that constructs a graph that points images back to the previous references, based on their distan

I found the writing of this piece to be very clear and accessible. Whenever i read something like this, I marvel at the author who can be both fluent in Mathematics and have an ability to convey very complex ideas to a lay reader.

Wonder if they were too focused on solving the wrong problem. Reminds me of this article (featuring an innovative pizza box design from Zume) Maybe if they just built pizza boxes instead of a delivery service they could have been successfu
