I found the book apprisal somewhere on Reddit in "advanced books on postgres". I expected to find postgres optimization and at least a few pages on how to scale it (or where to look for solutions), instead I was dissapointed. Whil

Go-go-go man! An idea seems interesting, having a simple product just to store all quotes should be a cool thing for small businesses. What I would personally add: - Use GIF/carousel instead of an image on the landing page so I can use

That's exactly the reason I gave up on AWS, I need an accountant to do the math every month :D Now I rent a 4GB Linux box for 5$/m with no Dockers or whatsoever and happy that it just works

No coffee for me, I prefer tea (without milk :D) I used to drank coffee when I didn't have enough sleep or had to go to the office before 10 AM. My body never reacted well to the coffee and it got worse when there were morning meetings

I gave up on Lenove when they sold the company, maybe that was a mistake. Dell seems to be one of the best companies considering quality and support. On the other hand, I've never tried System76, and never heard of Tuxedo, thank you fo

We are working on it, in fact, looking for a nice format as all of the current conference lists look older than Egyptian pyramids. Do you have in mind a way you would like to have these conferences organized? We are marketers ourselves, so

It depends, for full-time usage, it is a bit more expensive, I think it is a matter of a few hundred, probably less. We've happily migrated from AWS as only one GPU instance cost us near 1k/m. BTW, the newest and the only availabl
