Is jQuery included in those 4 or 5 lines? One line of CSS in your accordion?

I must be insane because I don't really see that much of a difference between the two examples you provided. I can read one just as well as the other.

What do you mean? It's quite easy to position elements on the page however you please. It can get quite complicated if you wish to support multiple viewport sizes with dynamic resizing, but it can be done.

I agree, it should be strictly limited to non-important styling needs. Recently someone had to go through our code base removing text from content properties in our CSS to make way for a future translation effort.

That joke is too old, there are new things to mock CSS over these days.

The only reason I use the webkit prefix on transition is for Android, otherwise I would say it isn't necessary at all.

I'm interested in seeing these 3 lines of Javascript that can implement an accordion. With a sane limit to number of characters on each line as well.

If seizing the shipment was done in a legal manner, I don't see why not. Although, they run the risk of their gambit being discovered, the devices removes, and losing the shipment.

It doesn't have to be analogous to piracy, for example: if I use your phone to discuss a bank robbery with my partners in crime, even without your knowledge, you could be charged with conspiracy. Depending on local laws of course.

I don't think the point was the free Wifi. I believe the point is that a government capable of such a stupid law is capable of more stupid laws that tech companies don't care for.

I suspect Hillary is out of her depth on the subject as well. Her advisors, on the other hand, may not. I see no reason Trump cannot hire advisors just as experienced in the field as Hillary.

How else would things go when people use a tool for which it was not designed to do? It's an evolutionary thing. A need is identified, a feature addressing the need is proposed. Then new needs are identified, new features are proposed.

I agree. I was meaning more that a conventional war is more violence then politics. There are various aspects to war, each type has its own balance of these aspects. I just feel that in a guerilla war the politics has as much a part as viol

For a guerilla war to be successful, the foreign occupier has to lose the will to win. Such resistance is hopeless in general terms of warfare, to be won it has to be considered as much a political war as it is a conventional one.
