I still recall (duh) a post here from a guy who literally made a recall feature on his mac way before them. I would love to find that post... It was screenshotting all the time, storing that locally, and then you could ask it any questions

Is there any fairly popular software that still uses md5 in this context? Most I've seen (sec scans, backup validation/dedup etc) pushed to phase out md5 very long time ago.

In contrary to other comments, keep using Ubuntu, just use CTRL+l. ... or change MOTD (/etc/default/motd-news) I'd rather bash Ubuntu for more controversial actions, like pushing snapd by default. Or pretending apps are

I tried to debug a google pay issue with a Bank once: - Bank told me to go to Google. - Google support told me to go to the Bank. - (... few emails later...) - Google support told me to make screenshots of the banking app and google pay. So

I already have some processes at work that are reviewed by AI only. Which means we are advised to use another AI to fill out the data quicker. It's nothing critical, but still both scary and hilarious at the same time. Shit on the inpu

That is my primitive way of distinguishing actual journalism and honest blogging from ad-crap and paywall traps. If they actually link to other websites and their sources - it's worth my time. If they don't - it's a honeypot.

So? I'd say the 340 million of people that actually could verify with a bank is not a bad attempt. 1. 7 million (2020) has no proper ID [0]. 2. 120 million struggle with reading [1], and you can assume at least 7 million realistically
