Bit of a myopic take, don't you think? Everyone but the most extreme recluse is probably going to have run-ins with less-than-savory characters at some point in their lives no matter what they do or how they act. Your personal informat

Various appeals to emotion and analogies that ultimately provide little to nothing of value. Maybe it is a good article about why we build human-operated escape hatches and failsafes in software and hardware. When was the last time you saw

It includes shorts because you don't know when the market will turn around. It does, however, exclude DCA, which is almost always a sensible investment strategy.

Well, there are, but the things considered acceptable tradeoffs (like price/performance) are pretty different.

Hope you've never killed anyone in a video game, wouldn't want the po-po coming for you. Think of the legal implications! Words have meaning relative to their context.

Not sure why you are so hung up on the semantics. Obviously the "legal definition" of frontrunning is different from the crypto native definition. What matters is that it adeptly captures the nature of these actions.

You are correct. Actually in practice it is far less complicated to achieve this, at least for Ethereum. You can simply use the Flashbots RPC to bundle your transaction and have it sent straight to a miner. No exposure to the public mempool
