Too often that I find the C extension projects introduced here on HN would omit examples for dynamically allocated objects. In the binary tree example, apparently I can't just memcpy an existing tree to a malloc'd tree because the

Your car example makes for a fun scenario where you lend someone a one-of-a-kind car, and that person sells it to someone else, and you manage to buy it back from that someone else (maybe for a quite high markup). Then when the time comes f

Not really my field, but I got curious and followed the rabbit hole. The article in question would be (in DOI) 10.1364/OL.32.003558, followed by erratum 10.1364/OL.33.002854, and then the comment by Trebino 10.1364/OL.34.0026

This is totally off-topic, but I really feel like slapping the designer of the font with a tuna or something. Is it intentionally designed to be provocative? Apparently, the font is called Libre Baskerville, but when I viewed it on Google F

As an outsider, the situation is quite amusing to see. One side wants to revoke 230 so that the tech companies would stop policing content. Another side wants to revoke it so that the companies would police more content instead.

Note that "the original" in the above comment refers to the movie series, not the comic books. There were two movie series post-2000 by different directors. The second one didn't feature Doctor Octopus. In the comics, he was

Unfortunately none of the examples contain malloc, whilst I'm curious as to whether the pattern matching works with heap allocated object. The binary tree example only has statically defined tree, which blows up into lots of code in as
