Can we please change the title of this post? "And it's changing how we live" is not only click bait, it's not even in the original article.

I also looked into blocking people on Slack but it's 'antithetical' to their whole mission or whatever, so I went this route: https://github.com/ketanbhatt/block-slack-users

Yea, it's a tough situation; I wish you and your family the best. Hope you didn't take my comment the wrong way either -- I'm just looking out for all good teachers out there :)

Educators did not come up with this plan, politicians did by their lack of any sort of COVID response. Do you really think educators want to do remote learning? My heart goes out to all the teachers who have to deal with this. It's as

The fundamental difference between SpaceX and Farming is that the latter actually provides direct utility to humans. I still don't understand why we need to go to space. I know I'm going to get roasted here for saying this. And ye

This is absolutely not straw man. Just because one changes prisons from "private" prisons to "state" prisons doesn't change the fundamental issue of putting humans in cages.

A lot of people here have some pretty solid writing advice. Something you can do to passively improve your writing is to read. Honestly read anything you're interested in, but if your goal is to really improve a certain type of writing
