Youtube is one of the most culturally significant websites on earth, and the like / dislike ratio on videos are a huge part of the experience there. I can’t believe you think it’s a “relatively minor” thing, do you never look up videos

You could point to anything and say “look! it did something good!” but that doesn’t mean it can’t be improved upon.

It’s been like this since Gnome 3 was released in 2011. This is why I've always been confused by people who say Linux has an “ugly, inconsistent, unprofessional” UI - to me this looks and feels better than Windows.

I don’t understand what you’re trying to say. How does “lending and saving” change the fact that money can’t be created out of thin air?

Obviously it represents the point where productivity increased but real wages remained stagnant. I think you’re purposely pretending not to understand it though.

Or maybe they should just adapt to the times? Just get to the point, don’t write thousand word articles just because that’s tradition?
538.
by symlinkk 6y ago
Because 99% of long articles are a waste of time that could be summarized in a sentence or two. This is why no one reads articles here or on Reddit, and just skims the comments instead.

I recommend shorting it. Reddit today is an absolute ghetto compared to 5 years ago. All of the interesting content and free thinking users have been banned.
