It is not related to th kernel anti-cheat: it is to have permanet and dedicated team to deal with that. My english is so bad?

I left gmail... well, not really, I was kicked out of gmail, because I am a user of noscript/basic HTML browsers and the only way to "revalidate" you account was to use a whatng cartel web engine. I recall the noscript/b

Are maths AI models now using "tools", aka formal solvers? I understand that the "language interface" of a "maths AI" could be some specialized trained LLM (Large Language Model) that to convey, with human lang

"De Gaulle, not much less autocratically"? When De Gaulle did ask the french via a poll if they wanted him to leave, they said yes, and he left. He is also the guy who did setup the balance between the various political powers, wh

What? All are niche, and video calls are at best quite rare. People still prefer audio calls or even text messages mostly. Video calls is just a feature expected on smart phones, and it means there we better have an hardware encoder. I don&

I think, screen recording is ultra-niche, and I don't know why, I feel better when I know my OS is unable to do just that. (As a side project, I am writting my walyand compositor, and I know that if it supports screen recording, that&#

Same. Mostly AV1, sometimes VP9, and rarely h264. What's missing mostly: live streams which are h264. Currently, and I say currently, dav1d is so fast, no worries on that side.

The issue is the the web app, not the browser. Nearly 100% of online services should be available using a web site... like they were a few years back.

Everything here is really niche, except video calls (and even that...). In other words, unless on smart phones, don't expect broadly distributed AV2 encoding hardware. If it does happen on PC, it will be most likely some courtesy of th

Well, the whole purpose is to be independent of invisible backdoor injectors...^W I mean compiler, to be more accurate those compilers which deals with computer languages with an absurd and grotesque syntax complexity.

I am looking at a plain and simple C implemented LLM inference, and/or x86_64 assembly implemented, and/or AMD GPU RDNA assembly. Anybody?

Choosing plain and simple C over c++ is not an equivalent choice than the other way around. There are consequences. Do you understand how insanely more complex a c++ compiler is compared to a plain and simple C one? If you cannot understand

My email server is self hosted without DNS. I wonder if this service does work with IP literals: mailbox[x.x.x.x], mailbox[ipv6:....] or even mailbox@x.x.x....ip6.arpa Because selling such email addresses is worth nothing to data brokers, t

Don't use c++ as it has an absurd and grotesque syntax complexity pushed down to compilers. A less worse compromise: plain and simple C.

Because in many use cases, dynamic DNS is used by normal users who have random IPs who want to be self-hosted, namely they are trying to get some control and be independent. The problem is since DNS registrars are now gated with 'whatn

Please stop using c++. It has a way too complex syntax creating a hard dependency on beyond reasonable "real-life" compilers and runtimes.

What about AI assisted migration? There was a signal to assist c++ to plain and simple C AI mass migration. Removing any languages with ultra-complex syntax towards simple and plain C is always a good thing.
