About the title, it's a trend by the media to claim something absurd and justify it with a question mark to avoid accountability. I do think it makes your title more silly. "ASK HN: What do you think of this unsubscribe page?" is a lot more

I am baffled by this behavior. Everytime, and I mean everytime, I see IceFrog given credit to DotA, there will always be that guy who tries to discredit him in one form or another. You gotta give that guy credit for putting things together.

True enough. I have not unsubscribe yet but I've stopped reading it for over a month now. Poor signal:noise ratio and people seems to fight over getting 5 Funny. Now I read HN and Reddit's daily top.

Assuming you need 5 seconds to solve a captcha, solving 1000 non-stop will require 1 hour 23 minutes. (Assuming no mistakes are made, everything else being constant) $6 = 4 hours nonstop, no mistake. Depressing job.

I stopped recently. I find the news are always late due to moderation, and there are just way too many 3-5 Funny than I'd like. Plus I believe anything you can find there, also has been posted here.

The only thing I can relate 'everything' with Flash is that everything spikes up. Seeing this demo I noticed no big spikes on CPU, etc.

There's a bug though. If you click on first/last planet then the arrow will not appear at all. Naturally you expect right arrow when clicking the first planet. Vice versa.

I find your sample harder to read. Reading the current line I easily get distracted by the next, either because it's too close or too bold. Thing is it's mostly subjective, so YMMV.
