If what we have today is a market econmy, then a market economy is perfectly acceptable way to address the issue: taxes of some sort.

I recommend ublock origin. When I checked with the disclosure page (give me everything you have on me), after disabling ublock origin for that page, it said they had nothing on me. The truth of that statement is debatable, but it seems to b

This is welcome news. I have been itching to convert a small headshot videostream (thing under 100x100px) to audio, stream it over mumble and then convert it back to video, just to see what the latency is like. It would obviously be a big u

I think technically it's affine types. In this particular case it comes from really nice generics - you start out with a struct that's generic over all fields - one generic bound per field. And that let's you implement method

You can actually have type safe buildrs in rust where trying to call the method that consumes the builder fails to compile if not all the arguments are set correctly. https://github.com/idanarye/rust-typed-builder/

Ethnically Chinese? Nothing in particular. Chinese as in "under the jurisdiction the Chinese government"? Well... quite a bit. The comment was pretty specific about it being the location.

Generics in Rust makes this difficult, not to mention the lack of a stable ABI. I would think it's still possible, but I'm not sure just how much easier static linking is over dynamic linking. There has been work done on using ssc

If your okay with macros, probably nightly only, then it seems reasonable. There is also slice matching on stable, which let's you match on parts of slices: https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/67712&#x
