   Well, for me it started happening when Taxi drivers (the same rude people I was trying to avoid) started becoming Uber drivers as well. Sometimes I'll take an Uber and just be like, Oh, great, this guy is clearly a Taxi driver. I'

   The thing I loved about my Kindle 1 with buttons on both sides, I could lay on my back/side in bed and go back/forth with one hand. If I mess up and go too far or need to navigate menus, on my PW I have to get both hands involved.

   Yes I absolutely love my Paperwhite over my old Kindle, which I thought was fine. The backlight is fantastic.

   I'm not sure why. I quit using Taxis as much as possible because of absolutely rude or terrible drivers. Thus they affected my business, and I went to Uber/Lyft. If I had a row of terrible Uber experiences I would quit using Uber.

   I've owned every single small Kindle, since the Kindle 1, I think so far I've bought 4 Kindles including 2 PWs (1st gen, 2nd gen). They keep upgrading things that don't bother me. What I WANT them to upgrade is the software.

   I have never ridden in a cab that didn't state the driver was an independent contractor.
