Yes, this is key. Also if you run a platform that ends up being used to say live-stream mass murders, it seems pretty reasonable that you would want to ban that. Ultimately companies are run by people. No one wants to work for a company tha

Correct, text-based 2FA is insecure. But coinbase allows it, and most banks offer it as the only option. The link I posted basically describes exactly what happened to my buddy and how they pulled it off. T-Mobile + text-2FA + coinbase is a

It's not FUD. They used 2FA to reset his coinbase password, then accessed it as him and drained the account. On top of that they drained his bank account (also using 2FA) into the coinbase account, then drained that too. Coinbase has (

A buddy of mine had his phone SIM-hacked and his coinbase account drained. He was on the phone with coinbase trying to stop it while it was happening, and said they were beyond useless. Criminals have lists of everyone with crypto on coinba

I recently learned that there was basically no spicy-hot food in the Old World before Columbus. Apparently Indian black pepper, or something called long pepper which has a little more kick, were the hottest spices around. Can anyone confirm

Read my comment again. I specifically said "a very vocal subset". As someone who genuinely supports free speech, you should have a real problem with the troll army. Instead you immediately leapt to "well they weren't suc

My point wasn't that twitter was acquiescing to every mass-report attempt. My point is that the "free speech absolutist" line was always BS. They'll turn a dime to suppress any speech they don't like as soon as they

Elon has been interacting a lot with guys like Andy Ngo and Ian Miles Cheong. I refuse to believe he's unaware of who they are. https://twitter.com/MeidasTouch/status/1596344634443431937

A very vocal subset of Elon's followers went from "free speech absolutists" to organized mass reporting their enemies in a matter of days. That has to be some kind of record. Their enemies list: https://twitter.com

This is crazy. No one is out there kidnapping and sex-trafficking 8-year olds in any numbers more than typical child kidnappings. That's a politically-motivated myth. Minor sex-trafficking is almost always done by someone known to the
