You don't need third party crap when you're getting a machine with Apple Maps and iTunes. Don't Microsoft make it easy to remove all the crap ware these days?

"gets"? You mean processes? Or obtains, like from buying the information, reading emails etc?

Yes, 'same day' and "same-day" both convey the same meaning.

It's not that you won't get the money back this time, but that they will refuse to sell you anything in future.

In many instances, such as here, they don't make you verify an email sign up. Always worth a try. For grins I always make up an email address at the site's own domain.

You probably meant "I couldn't care less" - that is, there is nothing I care less about.

Mine was me observing the similarity of the previous two. If there was any difference there then it was too polite/subtle for me.

Sounds like a bit of a waste of time to me. What are the odds Linus is going to update the git documentation with my list of handy shortcuts? He'll just swear at me. I don't think the official documentation is the place for it; n

No, I don't agree. Git has great documentation but if you want to know how to use it you either spend 15 minutes reading the relevant part of the big free book or you Google for a cheat sheet. Same goes for vim. I don't know why b

I can't really do much with the numbered options there but I'd just like to point out that Thai has no spaces between words. I know six year olds who can read Thai properly so I don't know about trained performers or whatever

Bit of a stretch. You can argue that art is communication, but you can have communication without art and that's how I'd describe use of tech in the Arab Spring. I'm sure some people think Banksy is changing the world but we&

Something they had in common with their victims. I quite like the idea. And being Japanese and familiar with the law this would have been taken into account when they decided to randomly kill innocent people so they were cool with it too.

Use sqllite instead of git? Or git should use sqllite? If the latter then one problem is you'd need to keep your own fork forever as they don't accept patches. I'm not sure if that's a price worth paying to reduce the nu

Comparing printing out part of a web page for your own personal use with stealing something is just odd. What if you frame it and turn it round to face the wall when you have guests?

"The burden of proof is on the commenter posting the claims." The burden of the person who wants to learn rather than argue is to do research for themselves. I don't care whether you believe me or not - I mean, why would I?
