I think the thumbs up and down button it shows on each response can be good for that. I think it can already classify similar questions so if it consistently gets a thumbs up or thumbs down it can become smarter too.

I guess it's the glass half full or empty type situation 1. You can watch your favorite movie sitting on a bus stop 2. sure but i can listen to any song i like those that aren't on my playlist thanks to 4g instead of hearing annoy

I don't know if this is the case with HTML5 but one small feature of flash that I really loved is the seamless music loop even when the audio had trailing or padding silence. The loop just worked and flash trimmed out silence automatic
