While probably true, I would love to see the traditional car dealership business model go away. The only reason anymore to have a dealer is a place to test drive, and you do not need a huge lot full of cars for that.

Apple Maps is hard to use in rural areas. It is just a pretty green page with the faintest lines. Labels are maddening to read. Google maps also needs label improvements, but generally has enough contrast to see the lines.

Likely the cable but not the phone itself. The pro cameras can create images and video that have large files. Even without the EU law, Apple needed a faster way to pull these files than todays lightning connector can provide.

My guess was someone in education. They have pay scales based on experience and education designed to keep salaries low. Getting a doctorate or PhD would move you to the far right column.
