Locking some apps without knowing the password also helped me. I used to ask one of my friends who used to stay sufficiently away to lock with some password so that I would hesitate to go that far and feel guilty enough to even think that.

I read an article that the models have become lazy as if they mimic the human behavior of postponing some work over to the next month if you are close to the month end or to next year if you're close to Xmas and things like that.

I've never completed a book in one sitting! Now I am envious of that feeling and would love to read a book from start to finish soon. I've two books from the millennial series remaining to be read, maybe I can start with those.

Interesting! I often read self-help books slowly to understand them better or let those thoughts sink in. I agree that the books are great but I didn't find myself reading them non-stop as I do with some story type or Sci-fi novel.
