I know nothing about emulators, so it would be nice if the README provided instructions for how to build and run the emulator. Here is some inspiration: https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin

I actually found it through OneBody and was intrigued. It’s like a “Deploy to Heroku” button but for Digital Ocean. We need more of these type of tools because it gives people options on where to host their software. Also, how did you even

If anyone wants to try out React SSR + TypeScript, I have a working example here: https://github.com/styfle/react-server-example-tsx One of the reasons I picked up React is that views could be type checked at compile t

Agreed. I used to notice that there were many Microsoft products like the Surface in the show Arrow. But it was subtle enough that most people wouldn’t know unless they can recognize the logo on the device.

I asked this same question[0] on StackExchange earlier this year. It has been asked many times and it really comes down to considering a username a secret or not. In B2B applications where there is no registration form, then the username is

I like mirrors in an elevator if I’m the only one in there. Otherwise it makes the ride more awkward because I try to avoid locking eyes with someone else through the mirror.

Yeah, I have a love-hate relationship with Medium. The fact that every comment is another "article" is bizarre. Also, comments have become increasingly hidden behind suggested articles and require a click to load. But I like that

My oh shit moment is that `git add .` doesn't stage deleted files. I almost always use `git add -A` because that is typically what I meant, especially for someone coming from another Version Control system.

“Docker Engine” doesn’t but “Docker for Windows” provides several tools including a wrapper around Hyper-V. I’m sure “Docker for Mac” does something similar. A year or two ago, it used to spin up Virtual Box.
